Responsibilities-:

• First point of contact for general employee inquiries. Elevates as required
• Completes routine requisition (e.g. new hire), on-boarding (e.g. on-boarding and change forms) and off-boarding (extended absences, termination requisitions) activities for assigned practice...

We are looking for a dynamic, upbeat Administrative Assistant in our South Austin office located at IH35/HWY 71 (Ben White). Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be a successful addition to our team, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Applicants must be well versed with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, they should have a genuine desire to meet the needs required by the rest of the office team.

Ourly is looking for an interim talented Human Resources Administrator for a part time (30 hours a week) contract basis. The consultant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in HRIS Systems, Recruiting, Benefits, Employee Relations and Performance Management. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating on teams and loves the power of flexible work!
