Director of Business Engineering in Texas

The Director of Business Engineering is directly responsible for supervising and leading a team of Business Engineers, planning, scheduling, and guiding process improvement and solutioning efforts in order to deliver optimal process and technology solutions to existing and potential clients. On-going communication with other cross-functional teams and departments is critical in order to ensure end-to-end understanding of project needs and sufficient documentation with successful handoff in order to yield proper execution to defined solutions. Additionally, the Director of Business Engineering will develop and provide training to Business Engineers in the department ensuring compliance to defined project requirements and high-quality delivery of all project artifacts.
