Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Tennessee State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
• Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
