Full Job Description
Offer legal counsel and advice to clients regarding asset protection law, including estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other related areas.
Create and prepare legal documents such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other documents related to estate planning and business formation.
Aid clients in devising and executing asset protection strategies.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Tennessee State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
- Existing private practice.
- Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial.
