Our Guest Experience Associate is the first to meet our guests with a smile and is responsible for completing a smooth, unfragmented and consistent guest experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of guest’s interactions while visiting Magnolia Plantation & Gardens.

What you will be doing:

• Meet and greet guests entering and exiting Magnolia with a smile and is always ready to make a sale
• Creates a positive, one of a kind guest experience during ticket and tour sales
• Offers a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service experience in both person and over the phone interactions
• Ability to stay abreast of Magnolia’s uncovered history, upcoming events and tour schedules while relaying accurate and current information
