Maintenance Inspector in Pennsylvania

This position will report to our Inspection Supervisor and assist the maintenance team with field visits to managed properties to diagnose and document complex and priority maintenance requests, test keys, obtain key copies, and provide lock-out support. This individual will be responsible for regularly updating folders and spreadsheets in Google Suite and submitting detailed reporting in our property management platforms.
