KeystoneCare is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the human resources functions within our organization.

KeystoneCare is a dedicated nonprofit organization providing a full continuum of in-home healthcare services. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our patients and their families by offering services such as home health, palliative medicine, hospice, and private duty homecare.

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
