Customer Product Specialist in Oregon

The Customer Product Specialist is responsible for receiving and responding to customer needs and requests, problem solving and/or coordinating resolutions of issues, keeping customers informed of product status, linking production, and supporting activities with customer requirements and negotiating changes.
