JOB DESCIPTION:
- The Benefits Coordinator is a key member of the Groendyke Benefits Team, responsible for administering employee benefits, managing leave programs, and ensuring OSHA compliance. Serving as the primary liaison between employees, third-party administrators (TPAs), and the Groendyke Talent Office (GTO), the Benefits Coordinator ensures compliance with company policies and regulations while providing exceptional support to employees navigating their benefits and leave options.
