As the Grounds Keeper, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the complex. Your position will ensure our residents receive timely and high-quality maintenance repairs and customer service.
As a groundskeeper you will be responsible for;
- Upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
- Maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
- Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing, covering outdoor furniture with tarps, lying down unsecured items, etc.
