Full time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. This is a specialty care clinic providing care to our high-risk patients. You will assist patients and families dealing with personal and environmental problems which predispose them to illness, or which interfere with their obtaining maximum benefits from medical care.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

• Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
• Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
