This role will report directly to the CEO, have one CSM report, and have room for growth as our operations scale. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven company on the road to break-even and set to grow ~50% in the second half of 2024.

Ideally, candidates will have 5+ years’ experience in healthcare roles such as customer success/service, consulting, professional services, or healthcare account management. Candidates with no healthcare experience will also be considered.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year base salary (which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, geographic location, business needs, and market demand).
