Senior Customer Success Manager

CircleLink is seeking a motivated Senior Customer Success Manger to help us tackle the $600B problem of chronic condition health in America.
This role will report directly to the CEO, have one CSM report, and have room for growth as our operations scale. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven company on the road to break-even and set to grow ~50% in the second half of 2024.
Ideally, candidates will have 5+ years’ experience in healthcare roles such as customer success/service, consulting, professional services, or healthcare account management. Candidates with no healthcare experience will also be considered.
