Network Monitoring Center Specialist in New York

NMC Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, correlating, troubleshooting, and resolving network alarms and performance deviations across client networks. These networks consist of multiple technologies including (but not limited to) Fiber-Optic Cabling, Microwave, LTE, switching, routing, and firewalls and is a multi-vendor environment. The technicians must be able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple fix agencies to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner. The resources must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate across ranging technical skillsets and executive management.

This service requires 24x7x365 onsite support, candidates must be able to support flexible hours and rotating schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.

This position will require the successful candidate to be on the property 100% of the time.
