Junior Instructional Designer and Technologist (ISD)-REMOTE in New York

AAC (Advanced Automation Corporation) is seeking a Junior Instructional Designer and Technologist who will contribute to the creation and implementation of learning and practicing experiences for the DLIFLC Foreign Area Officers (FAO) Language Program.

Responsibilities

• Course Development: Uphold the instructional integrity and educational effectiveness of all training materials. Ensure designs reflect the latest in adult learning theories, communicative foreign language methodologies, and learner-centric strategies.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and team members to create engaging and purposeful advanced foreign language learning activities, including storyboards for complex level branching scenarios and intrinsic feedback loops. Design and develop new learner activities and exercises including technical training methods into approved training concepts.
