This is a critical role in ensuring that our employees have the necessary tools and resources to perform their job effectively.
You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and will play a crucial role in resolving technical problems in a timely manner. Your exceptional customer service skills, along with your strong technical knowledge, will enable you to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. In addition to providing technical support, you will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the company's knowledge base and documentation.
