At Kinematica, we are looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal employees. This is a critical role in ensuring that our employees have the necessary tools and resources to perform their job effectively.

You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and will play a crucial role in resolving technical problems in a timely manner. Your exceptional customer service skills, along with your strong technical knowledge, will enable you to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
