We are searching for a Full Time Family Practice Physician Assistant who shares the same values and commitment to our patients as the rest of our medical staff. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to take over a well-established community clinic provider role. 

Patient Volume: 20 patients a day

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery of patient-centered, team-based care within the scope of a family practice physician (work can include, but does not require providing pediatric and prenatal care).
• Collaborates with Nurse Practitioners, RNs, LVNs, Social Workers, Case Managers and Medical Assistants to provide physical and psychosocial assessments, diagnosis and management of chronic and acute health and illness needs.
