BPCM seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial Account Director to join its thriving beauty division, reporting directly to the Vice President and Managing Director.

The right candidate will have a proven ability to manage high-profile beauty brands, work in a fast-paced environment, possess strong management and communication skills, and demonstrate high proactivity when proposing new ideas and leading brand strategies. Candidates must also have excellent written and oral communication skills, be competent at media analysis, have well-established industry relationships, and be able to develop and manage account teams.

BPCM is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Beauty Director with a proven ability to successfully manage high profile beauty brands.  Candidates must be adept at multi-tasking, working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, as well as possess strong management and communication skills.  Only candidates with substantial experience in the development, execution and management of brand/product integrated marketing communications and public relations plans, events and promotions with top tier Beauty brands will be considered. Candidate must also have excellent written and oral communication skills, have well established industry relationships, as well as be able to develop, negotiate and manage PR strategies across multiple clients.
