Dental Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator in New York

Job Summary
As our Dental Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a healthcare or dental setting.

Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially using electronic health record - Dentrix
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Collaborate with healthcare providers or dental staff to ensure efficient operations

DAYS/HOURS:

Monday: 9:30 - 6 (usually one hour lunch team meeting, over the lunch)

Tues and Thurs 11:30 - 8 (1/2 hour lunch)
