We are seeking a results-oriented, detail-driven Administrative Assistant to join our headquarters team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of receivables, payment application, and account reconciliation.

• Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for services rendered.
• Process incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card transactions.
• Apply payments to customer accounts timely and accurately.
