Active Condominimum Complex in Northern Jersey is looking for an experienced super who has a professional appearance and good communication skills.  Some computer knowledge and ability to use a cell phone is required.  Must have basic knowledge (should be familiar) in electrical, plumbing/ toilet snaking, lock installation, and some carpentry and cleaning skills. Must be able to monitor move-in and move-outs. Monitor/greet vendors that come on site. Summer task include monitoring pool chemicals, opening/closing pool.
