Align ENT & Allergy is seeking a friendly and professional Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills.

The Medical Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, and ensuring that each patient has the proper documentation for their visit. Additionally, the receptionist will handle correspondence, check eligibility, collect patient copay and balances, and assist the back desk receptionist as needed.
