INTERN- Finance in New Jersey

CS Energy is hiring a Finance Intern to work in conjunction with the Director of FP&A to support management and operations with information, analytics and financial services in order to achieve the company’s mission and execute its strategic plan. This position monitors and advances the financial health of the company by managing cash flow, enhancing profit, watching costs and safeguarding assets. In addition, develops financial policy and provides accurate, actionable and timely financial reporting and forecasts to facilitate internal management and to ensure external compliance. This is a great opportunity for a Summer Internship for 2024.

The Finance Intern is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to the Finance Department, including accounts payable, payroll and hotel auditing.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a good understanding and overview of the financials, ensuring accuracy
• Assist in monthly/quarterly closing process, including coordination with other teams
• Insight into financial variance analysis and account reconciliations
• Develop and maintain processes, procedures and improvement initiatives
• Assist on special projects based on business needs and industry climate
