Manufacturing Site Manager in New Hampshire

Direct, supervise and coordinate production team requiring a broad knowledge of machining, weld, assembly and paint trade skill applications in addition to supervisory experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and supervise tool set ups and machine operations to produce standard but complex parts having critical interrelated dimensions, intricate contours, and close and exacting tolerances and finish requirements. Oversee welding
• Responsible for quality, quantity, economical manufacturing costs, production schedules, material, and work flow consistent with manufacturing objectives and profit goals.
• Organize and assign work to utilize available skills, knowledge and experience, man-hours, machines, and tooling to the best advantage to obtain most favorable machining costs, quality, and workmanship.
• Provide instructions and guidance and maintain close surveillance over set up procedures and machining operations.
