Administrative Assistant - Women of the Midwest in Nebraska

The Administrative Assistant will focus on general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.  The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, meeting with clients and prospects, knowing tour basics and answering questions, sending tour brochures to prospects, building tour documents and additional clerical duties.

• Greet and meet with clients and prospects in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner.
• Answer telephone calls and answer questions or direct the caller to the appropriate associate
• Assist with special events held in the Lincoln office
• Participate fully as a team member to assist as needed in completing all functions
