Accord is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Continuous Improvement will play a critical role in driving organizational excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness while keeping a person- centered focus. This position will lead the development and implementation of strategies, processes, and initiatives to optimize our operations, enhance service delivery, and maximize outcomes for individuals with disabilities through compliance, training and accreditations.
