Our partner is seeking a Sr. Director, Pharmacy Growth and Affordability in Minnetonka, MN. The Sr. Director is responsible for advancing the pharmacy growth strategy, affordability agenda, and establishing team priorities in partnership with product leadership for each line of business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy affordability and trend initiatives from ideation to execution and outcomes monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the enterprise
• Engage and manage vendors, including contract negotiation
• Develop and implement a strategy for the self-funded pharmacy business
• Work with market and product leadership to create a pharmacy roadmap for membership growth
• Establish and manage a formal process for monitoring pharmacy PBM and vendor performance
