As a Human Services Program Coordinator, you will partner with management in outreach efforts to families in need of services and their case managers. In this role, you will help process new participants by taking their information and organizing it in a way where it can be clearly reviewed by our team. You will also be working closely with the Senior Director of Family Support Services and Fiscal Operations Specialist to ensure our programs and services are organized and on schedule so that we can provide excellent services to those we support.

• Project Support: Support MML / WSP with billable work at Dartmouth, NC State, UMN and other clients (meeting agendas / minutes, client presentations, team/meeting coordination, etc.) 
• RMF Sustainability Tracking and Compliance: Develop systems for measuring and reducing RMF’s carbon footprint 
• RMF Corporate Sustainability Roadmap: Develop and facilitate an internal sustainability plan including establishment of an internal Green Team to help facilitate internal programming

• Facilitate day to day programming options for persons served. Ensure that people receive programming options that are person-centered, age appropriate and community focused.
• Act as the designated programming coordinator for the center. Meet with individuals and groups to find out what they want to learn about. Use that information to develop programming within the center.
• As appropriate work cooperatively with other MSS staff and community employers to ensure that the person served has a successful outcome.
