Sustainability Program Coordinator

• Project Support: Support MML / WSP with billable work at Dartmouth, NC State, UMN and other clients (meeting agendas / minutes, client presentations, team/meeting coordination, etc.) 
• RMF Sustainability Tracking and Compliance: Develop systems for measuring and reducing RMF’s carbon footprint 
• RMF Corporate Sustainability Roadmap: Develop and facilitate an internal sustainability plan including establishment of an internal Green Team to help facilitate internal programming 
• RMF Business Development Support: Foster relationships with existing and future clients, report activity to Client Relations Team (CRT), assist with proposals 
• RMF Sustainability Resource Management: assist with compiling, organizing and indexing both internal and external decarbonization resources including white papers, product information, webinars and conference presentations, graphics, state/local regulations, and other applicable resources. Organize materials for use in BD pitches, proposals, conferences, internal education, and client presentations. 

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, architecture, environmental studies, environmental management, or similar subject with a focus on sustainability / environmental issues 
• Prior experience in higher education, corporate, and/or other sustainability role 
• Creative and energetic, capable of cultivating interest and engagement in both internal sustainability programming and client support 
• Highly organized individual capable of self-initiating tasks with targeted guidance 
• Ability to formulate and execute consistent processes to streamline ongoing work efforts 
• Strong communication skills and confidence with respect to communication and outreach on sustainability and decarbonization topics
