Production Operator in Minnesota

We're hiring for First Shift Production Helpers!

Some of the types of duties would be to bring material needed to work station, stacking and unstacking pallets, removing garbage from the work area and other duties as needed. Opportunities to learn some of the production areas as well. We have had a big influx of orders and need to bring in some temps to help reduce overtime and work on a backlog of orders for some big customers.

This a temporary (6+ month) position to start and the starting pay is $19-$20 per hour.

Requirements

• Warehouse / Production Experience
• 1+ years of forklift experience
• Attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to stand most of the day and lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check and drug sceeening

The Production Operator is an Operations team member who specializes in manufacturing of implantable product to precise manufacturing processes with direct supervision.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with the operations and quality organization with direct supervision in the production of human use product.
• Performs assembly of product using small piece parts and equipment such as microscopes, small tools, ovens, cleaning equipment and fixturing with well defined documentation in the controlled environmental area.
• Maintains a clean and well organized work area in production.
• Follows standard operating instructions, work instructions and manufacturing processes in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Completes detailed production traceability documentation. Understands and utilizes QAD for this activity as required.
