Family Support Services Placement Coordinator in Minnesota

As a Placement Coordinator for our Family Support Services, you will work directly with the Senior Director of Family Support Services to identify and recruit individuals who can deliver personalized, in-home support to those receiving assistance. You will collaborate with the Family Support Services coordinators to connect with families in need with appropriate direct support staff.

NOTE: This is a part time (20-25 hours a week) contract position (estimating 3-6 months.)

• Build long lasting and effective community relationship with families already in the Family Support Services Program
