Resource Innovations is seeking an Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator to join our growing team in Massachusetts. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in Data Analysis and Customer Service to join our dynamic team. As an Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing complex submissions to verify if customers qualify for rebates and processing these submissions accordingly with great attention to detail. You will also be responsible for answering customer questions by phone and email.
