This position’s primary responsibility is to generate net new recurring janitorial contract revenue within eastern Massachusetts. The role demands day-to-day oversight of outbound sales efforts, expertise in territory management, strategic account development, and client negotiations. It requires a strong focus on hiring, training, and retaining a high-performance team that excels in meeting and exceeding sales objectives by ensuring the established sales process is followed. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of progressive sales management experience with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets and developing on-going sales strategies to ensure success.
