CRM Implementation & Integration Project Manager (Contractor) in Massachusetts

The PM / BA will serve as an on-location project leader with our client, the City of Boston. This individual must be able to work on-site in downtown Boston as needed. The individual will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications, while also performing workflow analysis, quality assurance, and training. The individual must be willing to learn and perform no-code configuration on the Creatio BPM / CRM platform (https://creatio.com). The project will last an estimated 12 to 15 months with a possibility of follow-on work.

• Contractual role.
• Training and experience on the no-code Creatio BPM / CRM platform.
• Work from home an estimated 50% of the workweek (with requirement to be in downtown Boston as needed for client service).
