Pre-construction Assistant in Maryland

Position Summary

The primary functions are to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company through supporting the pre-construction and estimating staff in delivering exceptional project proposals and meeting the clients' needs while maintaining company values. This role is instrumental in the pursuit, planning and execution of projects bid in the local market as well as coordinating with the other departments to ensure cohesion at the company level.

Essential Job Duties

• Tracking, updating, and preparing at consistent intervals various Excel sheets for the Company, Pre-Construction and Estimating Teams including current & past project history.
• Participate in a weekly workload/backlog/pipeline coordination meeting.
• Assist in the preparation of the Preconstruction “Kick-Off” meetings as needed.
