We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated HR professional to provide general HR support for our growing team based in the Owings Mills/Reisterstown area. Reporting to the Human Resources Generalist, this role is a critical element for the future success of our organization - you will wear many hats and will have direct visibility to leaders and staff across the entire organization. You will coordinate several specific HR processes across the full employee life cycle.
As the Coordinator, you will spend most of your time supporting recruiting efforts, on-boarding, orientation, wellness, associate engagement, training events, and assisting with strategic projects as needed.
- Work directly with and report to the human resources generalist regarding all HR endeavors
