The Clinical Care Specialist main area of focus is primary responsibility is to ensure that resident care objectives are established and met and that the standards, policies and procedures of the Nursing Services Department are consistent with the standards, policies and procedures of NLCS, State and Federal regulations, and current standards of care and practice.
