The lead is responsible for executing the daily work plan, achieving company objectives including on time ship performance, providing a safe work environment for employees, ensuring the manufacturing of customer orders at the lowest possible cost, assisting in the development and implementation of procedures and methods to ensure quality standards are met and maintained, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
