The ideal candidate will effectively provide customer service and support to both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding our company core values and operating in alignment with our quality and safety objectives. A successful Customer Service Coordinator demonstrates a strong attention to detail, accuracy, data-entry experience, problem-solving abilities, and a solid mechanical aptitude.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support to Sales Specialists and Regional Sales Managers with internal paperwork and processes.
- Process orders, change orders, quotations, and RMA’s (return material authorizations) for a wide variety of customers.
- Create spare parts lists as requested.
- Submit engineering drawing and expedite requests.
- Answer first level sales calls and customer service calls for the organization.
