Accounts Receivable Specialist (Short Term) in Indiana

S&K Building Services is seeking a team-oriented and self-directed Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team! This short term role would be 40 hours per week for 4-6 months (through Spring 2025) and we're looking to fill the role immediately.

As a member of the Accounting team, you will find yourself contributing in a significant way to the success of the business through enhancing the core financial processes and reporting of strategic metrics.

What You'll Do

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up-to-date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
