Position Summary:
Reporting to the University Registrar, the Registrar Office Assistant works in concert with the Registrar’s office staff to provide support for all assigned activities related to student records and registration.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Registrar office coordination, including front line assistance in student in-person support, organization of the Registrar/Record inbox emails, and managing Registrar Office phone calls.
- Facilitate and assist with digitization process of all current paper processes and student files.
- Facilitates the processing of requested transcripts by students, staff, and alumni.
- Facilitates the processing of enrollment/degree verifications by students, alumni, and outside parties.
