This individual will be the first point of contact for members and is responsible for partnering with multiple departments to ensure members' concerns are handled in a timely manner.

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

• Mondays: 3p - 11p
• Tuesdays: 11am - 7pm / 3pm - 11pm
