Broker Success Manager in Illinois

We are growing our team and looking to add a Broker Success Manager to our western suburb leadership team.  Our Broker Success Manager will be responsible for fully supporting and driving productivity and broker success plans as developed by the Designated Managing Broker across their appointed branch office(s).

We are seeking a dynamic, sales drive professional who thrives when driving others to achieve their goals.  Must be highly organized and technologically savvy.  Prior real estate sales experience is required.
