Registration and Records Coordinator in Idaho

Under the supervision of the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) Registrar, the Registration  and Records Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for prospective, current and former students  to ICOM. The coordinator will support the Registrar in processing and delivering information to students,  faculty, administration, and external partners for educational and career development purposes.

Functions and Duties:

• Assist in maintaining all official student documentation via computer, up to and including transcripts and test scores. 
• Assist in collecting documents and student records required for accreditation. 
• Verify enrollment of students for scholarships, insurance agencies, and other constituencies in line with confidentiality guidelines. 
• Create rosters, collect grades from faculty, and produce transcripts.
