Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly detailed, organized, and motivated multitasker to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is not just crucial but integral to managing and supporting the company's hiring needs. If the company reaches its hiring capacity, the secondary role will be to assist in general office administrative duties or, more likely, to assist the estimating department as a Proposal manager.
