Lead Teachers at Kids Point Learning Center play the role of classroom architects. They have a significant impact not only within the classroom but also on families and the community. Lead Teachers have direct responsibility for educating, caring for, and supervising the children in their class. They must possess essential skills such as promoting positive interactions, planning and organizing activities, and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment. Cedars Preschool is a part of O2B Early Education which began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown widely in Florida, Georgia, and Minnesota, with MANY locations on the horizon, including several new Georgia locations, and new states too!
