The Library Associate 2 is the Cybrarium's front line role and is responsible for the overall customer service focus of the Library. Under direction from management, Library Associate 2 performs a variety of moderately complex technical and paraprofessional duties in support of various sections and functions of the Cybrarium. This position reports to the Circulation Supervisor.

The Library Associate 3 role is the senior role in the Library Associate job family, is found in large library locations (staff over 20) and may supervise Junior Library Associates.
