We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will be an integral member of the HR Team and serve as a critical team member supporting our team based in our headquarters facility in Lake Mary, Florida. The Lake Mary facility is critically important to the organization’s growth and driving future expansion.

How you’ll help shape the future of the Human Resources Department:

• Provide exemplary HR generalist support to our team based in our headquarters facility, including sales, marketing, purchasing, finance, marketing, R&D, and IT.
• Assist in building foundational HR practices and processes that will enable to business to scale and increase the organizations effectiveness.
• Back up in preparing and presenting HR strategies and key topics to Board of Directors and Private Equity Partners.

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining positive employee relations, managing labor union interactions and negotiations, and providing HR support to both employees and management. The ideal candidate will BILINGUAL SPANISH, have a demonstrated ability to coach and build strong and productive relationships across all levels of the company is needed as well as a demonstrated ability to include leaders with fact-based recommendations.

This position will act as a liaison between the business unit and HR Centers of Expertise (COE’s) to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs. An ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues is key. This role is hands-on and will require you to roll up your sleeves and engage.
