Job Description:

• The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the clinical oversight and supervision of Case Managers and providing clinical services for on-site and scattered-site residents in the Permanent Supportive Housing Program (PSHP), as needed.
• The Clinical Supervisor monitors and manages the day-to-day activities of clinical operations organizing, scheduling and coordinating service delivery to the staff and clients.
• Review and monitor clinical documentation of case worker staff and works closely with management to improve continuum of care.
• The Clinical Supervisor manages, directs, and leads the treatment services, provides clinical supervision, and direct clinical services based on client and organizational needs.
• The Supervisor must be able to manage staff to key performance indicators and understand key data, metrics, and agency budget/financials.
