Summary:

The position serves as a Cataloging Technician for the Collections Holding and Inventory Improvement Project (CHIIP), located at the Library of Congress. The position reports to the Project Manager and performs technician duties for cataloging and distribution of the collections, including serials and monographs.

Duties:

• Performs searches of various databases and files to locate and/or verify bibliographic data in support of various library functions for cataloging.
