Client Account Specialist (law firm and aderant experience required) in District Of Columbia

Responsibilities:

• Understand the client arrangements cycle thoroughly and managing a wide portfolio of negotiated fee arrangements.
• Maintenance of timekeeper records.
• Review and analyze our client fee arrangements to ensure the corresponding billing information is implemented properly in our financial and legal management system.
• Review, analyze and implement Outside Counsel or billing guidelines received from clients to identify new requirements that will have an impact on the client’s billing process or realization.
• Communicate the client fee arrangements and billing requirements to appropriate Firm teams and personnel effectively.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements and training.
• Assist with data clean up from the Elite to Aderant conversion to enhance Aderant functionality.
